  • Check if your company is ADIMB affiliate before registering, as no refunds or difference in value will be transferred.

  • Day-use allows access to the event only on May 20th or 21st or 22nd 2024

  • Only one registration per user account is permitted.

  • Your place will only be guaranteed after payment of registration.

  • Undergraduate and postgraduate students must attach proof of enrollment for the current semester, issued by the institution to which they are linked, to the registration system.

  • University/College Teachers must attach a document to the registration system that proves professional affiliation with the University/Institution to which they are linked.

  • Senior Professional: document must be sent (CNH or ID).

  • The Payment Receipt will be available in the Registration Area as soon as payment is confirmed.

  • If you require direct invoicing by ADIMB, before registering, please request the procedure via email: financeiro@adimb.org.br.
    Please provide all the necessary information to be contained on the receipt, in addition to the number of registrations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be made by May 5, 2024, by written communication to the email: comercialsimexmin@adimb.org.br.

The participant will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, deducting 30% as administrative charges.

Refunds will be made within 30 days after the event.

Requests for cancellation after this date will NOT be refunded.

REPLACEMENT OF REGISTRATIONS

Registration for the event may be transferred to another person within the same category. Substitutions will be accepted until May 9, 2024, upon written request, sent to the email: comercialsimexmin@adimb.org.br, together with the information of the new participant who must be previously registered on the event registration platform.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

After May 15, 2024, registrations must only be made at the event location.

Only payments via credit card, bank transfer or Pix will be accepted on this date.

Payment by cash or check will not be accepted.
