March 16, 2026 Deadline for submitting the required reviews (if necessary) to the authors of the selected abstracts
March 20, 2026 Author(s) deadline to submit their abstract with the requested changes to the Scientific Committee (if necessary).
April 1, 2026 Final communication of Abstract acceptance or rejection. If accepted, the presenting author is required to register by the conference deadline (indicated on the submission platform)
April 15, 2026 Final abstract acceptance will not occur until the presenting author registers for the conference and that registration cannot be cancelled or refunded
April 27, 2026 Instructions for poster assembly and presentation
