April 1, 2026 Author(s) deadline to submit their abstract with the requested changes to the Scientific Committee (if necessary).
April 13, 2026 Final communication of Abstract acceptance or rejection. If accepted, the presenting author is required to register by the conference deadline (indicated on the submission platform)
April 15, 2026 Deadline for payment of the presenter’s registration fee (indicated on the submission platform). If the person who submitted the work is different from the person who will present the work, the presenter must also be registered at the event.
