GENERAL GUIDELINES

Verify that your company is an ADIMB member before registering. No refunds or transfer of difference in value will be issued. https://adimb.org.br/associados/

Only one registration is permitted per user account.

Your place will only be guaranteed after payment of the registration fee.

Undergraduate and graduate students must attach an academic proof of enrollment for the current semester, issued by their institution, to the registration system.

Professors must attach a document establishing their affiliation to the university/institution to which they belong.

Senior Professionals (60+ years): a document (driver’s license or ID) must be submitted.

The Payment Receipt will be available in the Registration Area once payment is confirmed.

ATTENTION:

Day-use ticket valid for purchase until January 31, 2026; prices are subject to change.

Day-use ticket allows access to the event only on May 18, 19, or 20, 2026.

Day-use ticket for May 17, 2026 – access to the opening ceremony and cocktail reception.

Registration in the Day User category (May 18, 19, or 20) entitles you to entry to the Symposium auditorium on the specific day selected. It does not include Symposium materials, only the program and certificate of participation for the selected day. Only one day of the event may be selected for participation in this registration category.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation requests must be made up to May 1, 2026, by written communication to:
simexmin@adimb.org.br. - Participants will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less 30% corresponding to administrative fees.
- Refunds will be made within 15 business days of the request.
- Cancellation requests after this date will NOT be eligible for a refund.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Event registration may be transferred to another person within the same category. Substitutions will be accepted until May 1, 2026, by written request to: simexmin@adimb.org.br, along with the new participant’s full name, CPF, and email address.
Instructions for completing the registration will be sent via ADIMB to the person indicated.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION
After May 15, 2026, registration must be completed at the event location only.
On this date, only payments by credit card, bank transfer, or Pix will be accepted.
Cash or check payments will not be accepted.
